buyer protection...is it any help?

ive bought a 4gb memory card 3 months back and till date ive not recieved the item. the seller indianexporthub9718 has not shipped the item to me.so i filed a claim no 1703971 under ebay buyer protection programme but till this date ive not got no refund. The seller and ebay are not even responding to me nowadays... so im loosing my money 408/- paid for the memory card... Never trust this ebay buyer protection...Its just a nonsense....and dont trust the seller indianexporthub9718...Please try more reliable shopping sites such as indiaplaza or indiatimes other than ebay...which i think is too risky for the buyers....

If the seller does not send the product then the system automatically does a refund back to you. Buyer protection is valid only for paispay payment method, please check your payment details and then tell us.
