Hello guys
i am ney ebay user. so i need help

i want to buy form ebay.com (USA)
the problem is ,, how would i pay?

i have paypal account and i also attached my Axis bank savings account with paypal. but the problem is i can not transfer money form my bank a/c .
i only can receive money from my bank a/c to paypal a/c think

also , Paypal is not accepting my debit card of axis bank

now guys , please tell me complete process on , how to buy items form ebay.com?

and do i need to pay customs and import duties when i import them?

I too have a AXIS Bank Visa International Debit Card that doesn't work on PayPal. It only works with my SBI and ICICI Credit Cards. I'm not quite sure either whether Debit Cards are accepted or not!!!

Go for a virtual credit card, your bank will issue it. It carry limited currency as required by you
