Worst ever experience with ebay

Worst ever experince with PaisaPay transaction.

After 10 days I get to know product won't be delivered due to shipping issue and it takes months to refund coupons. Customer care guys promise so many things but after 10 interactions yet to get satisfactory answers.

Oath : never ever dare to do transaction with ebay india...

As far as i know, eBay India is best platform.

You just need to have some patience. As per eBay policies, you will surely get the coupon refund with in 30 days as Transaction closure time is 30 days.

Just make sure that your request is being raised by eBay CS Team.

After that i do not think there is need for much interaction with eBay team. They will automatically do the needful.

Yep same thing happened to me. My frist ebay purchase and horrible experience. You need to put all your work aside and call them again and again. I have toltally lost it i mean **bleep** is going on man. Through the product and took a vow never ever ever gonna shop from ebay.
