Worst Experience buying with Ebay

I bought an item 270938839901 from e-bay one month back.

I did receive a shipping from the seller. What I got was a kindle touch wifi instead of a kindle touch 3G, wifi.

I returned the item back to the seller. The seller promised to replace the item but didnt replace it after 15days and safely consumed the paisapay deadline. Now just before a week he said he cannot ship the item and said he will submit a claim for refund.

But I didnt receive any refund and its one week. I called ebay up and asked what is the status of my refund. They said that the claim has not been raised.

This has totally demolished the trust I had with ebay and the seller. I dont think this is a good customer experience from a buyers point of view.

It has really been a nightmare working with the seller and ebay after paying the money for an item you wanted to have so desperately. I am really disappointed with ebay.

I had paid Rs 40,600/- for IPhone 4S unlocked 16GB, but received from the seller IPhone 4 locked with AT&T. I have raised a claim with EBay, but it is going to be one month now these people have not once replied to any of my several mails. I am frustrated as there is no way to approach them. they don't answer you mails,they don't come over phone. My claim ID is 87006.
