Seller not responsing to emails, nor through "contact seller" and not picking phone.
He is not shipping item and ebay is not refunding money.
Daily I call and spend almost an hour with ebay CS and daily I get reply "appologie" and "wait 48 hours".
Those 48 hours not yet completed since 10 days. I talked with seniors too.
Everyone on ebay just want to put down phone.
Where to approach? I sent mail to gravience, also excaled to ebay head.
No reply from anyone. No one care for my refund.
Shall I approach consumer forums?
