What is the difference in buying in Indian rupee and US dollar?

Price of many items are shown in USDollar. Can I use credit card and get the item from US or elsewhere with free shipping?

I hope direct conversion of Rupee to dollar as per the exchange rate will be the payment.   Pl. clarify.

Yes you can purchase using your credit card via paypal

the inr will be converted to usd and there may be some conversion charges for you, the charges will be debited from your credit card

the shipping is free but, note that there will be customs duty for the product you are going to purchase and you need to pay the customs duty when you receive the goods
