Want to refund because item features are not working properly.

Respected sir,
I am biding and won a mobile item code is(140214498491)And I am pay with paisapay at 20/3/08 but the mobile < > up and down bottons are not working this are very importent to use the mobile otherwise not use.
I recieved the mobile its totaly deferent from the color you have listing the biding page and its have cratches, back is not fitting it is very loose opening automatically ,its working condition is bad, main function are not working , the phone is not charging well, the condition is not proper working the seller listing.
I want to return the product and complaint the ebay comunity its very old and bad condition.Where I send this item What is the solution of this problem .I am totaly appset ,please give me a proper solution.
I want to file dispute console but the continue button is not working in my ebay page
why?
Please solve my problem give me aproper solution.

Is the seller powerseller? Any warranty or buy back options given? Did you confirm the receipt of product in paisepay?
Please contact the seller first, as most genuine sellers do refund the buyer without any problem. Seller may ask you to send the mobile back and after receiving the product he will refund you. Please do not leave -ve feedback without contacting seller as by giving -ve feedback will not solve the purpose, contact buyer explain your problem before leaving feedback.
