Dear Sir,
07-01-2015 I have ordered an item for Rs 499.00, but unfortunately the transaction coun't complete and 499.00 rupees deducted from my account with the transaction ID 600715279191. After that I orderd the same product and this time transaction complete and 499.00 rupees deducted. I need to refund the first transaction amount as early as possile. The bank statement shows that there was two transaction occured in the same date. I don't have the item number for requesting online refund.
