Seller not responding to message

I bought a logitech mouse from ebay 2 years before which had a three year warranty. I have lost the invoice provided to me by the seller and I need a copy of it to claim the warranty. I have sent the seller numerous messages requesting him to send an e-copy of the invoice but he is not replying. Over 12 days have passed since I first contacted him. I cannot get the Paisa Pay ID of the transaction because purchases for only the last 90 days are stored on the website. Customer care, as expected, can do "nothing".They even refuse to give me the contact umber of the seller. For them it is like the transaction never happened because it was not made in the last 90 days.What should I do?
