In Ebay I have purchased beats pill .the same day seller called me and we discussed about the details of the product so I asked the seller to sent the new version of beats pill and he agrees for the same.
But unfortunately that fraud seller cancelled the order from Ebay and send the shipment putting COD outside Ebay.
When I called that seller he told me to accept the product and give cash I asked why should I accept the product which you cancelled from eBay. However he convinced me and finnaly accept the shipment by giving cash
Once I open the product it's completely fake product and immediately I called seller but he didn't responded and then I called Ebay but they said that the product is already cancelled and you will get refund.
Finnaly I got to know that I was betrayed by that bugger seller
Is there any way to get my amount back.please guide me
