Refund request rejected reason unknown

First of all i waited for 7 days to receive my item.when date reached the deadline. I made a refund request from ebay which was put to hold for 5 days by the seller and in last what i receive refund request rejected reason others.
I mean what type of business ethics do they follow. Does courier service take 15 days for item to be delivered in kolkata,do i live in a distant place. They dont care about buyers from now on i am not gonna buy anything 4m ebay

I bought an item from ebay and the item was not delivered to me. I requested for a refund and after taking 2 weeks it was rejected, reason? It was delivered to some XYZ and they have a receipt of it.
WOW, that's convenient,I am the one who is paying and it was delivered to wrong person. Where is eBay guaranty in this???
I'll take this much further trust me.....may be item is not expensive but I won't people of this country to be treated like this...
