It's just not the question of safety with the paisapay. They are not prompt about anything!! They don't keep their word. When they say 3 days.. they have to do it in 3 days. How difficult is it to transfer money?? They take it easily.. it shouldn't be hard to send it back!!!
And if there is going to be a delay, they have to take responsibility, call the customer and explain why this is happening, so that customer is informed about everything. It should not be the other way around where the customer keeps calling them and they keep "escalating" it.
EBay India has to improve!!!
