I have bought an item from ebay. Now on the last day of the time period of sending the item, the seller is saying he needs 2 more days, or may be more for shipping the item. What are the risks? Should I extend the day by 2? If the sender doesnot send me the item even after 2 more days, can I leave a negative feedback 2 days later?

Hi,
If the seller does not send within that period, ebay will return back paisapay payment.Probably he needs time for customisation.Leaving negative does not help. This is a community.Other sellers will not like that.Leave negative only when the item is bad or you are cheated.Think ten times before you leave negative.
Thanx,
Truly,

Yes, please go ahead and extend the Seller's time. Sometime it happens that the product is not at hand. He may have to visit his wholesaler and get it. May be he is not able to find a courier co. which delivers to your city. So, this may take some time.

Please do not hurry to leave a negative feedback. You can leave any type of feedback to the seller even after a long period of time.

Giving negatives does not help anything. What you should do is to contact the seller by email & phone. You should never threaten the seller or blackmail him of giving a negative. This is against the rules and eBay will remove it and suspend your account.

Always remember that the seller is doing his best to from his side. You just have to trust him.

How can the seller's time be extended? Paypal will automatically start the refund process. So is there any way to stop this?

I do not use Pay Pal so I cannot help you. However, If you are in India and bought your item from an Indian located in India then you could have paid via PaisaPay.

You cannot extend the seller's time. The seller has to log in to his PaisaPay a/c and click on a button which will act as a request to extend the time. Then you will get an intimation in your PaisaPay a/c which you need to approve.

If Pay Pal has already started the refund process then just do nothing until you get your money back. Then you may contact the seller and ask him to re-list his item again so that you can buy it and get it in time.
