Pending payment through PaisaPay for 4 days

I paid using credit card for item no. 300036976297 on 13-10-2006. PaisaPay ID was 18072116829. The paid amount was Rs 1399/-. Still payment status is showing as pending.

Next day I bought another item using PaisaPay again with same credit card - this payment went smoothly.

Could someone from ebay look into the matter and update me when the payment will be through for above case so that I can receive the item.

PaisaPay payments do take 24-48 hours to be processed. Usually if there is any verification required from PaisaPay, then it might take longer.

This is generally done as a safety feature to protect the sellers. Similar steps are also taken to protect the buyers. Sometimes ebay suspends the seller if it has some verifications or concerns about the seller.
