Payment Deduted from Bank but no confirmation from paisapay

Hi,

I tried to purchase two items today, i have made my pament through the Online payment mode using SBI netbanking, after the successful completion of the payment the amount got deducted from my account but there was no confirmation from the paisaypay also the item is not reflecting in My paisapay.

I am helpless trying to reach chat, email, & phone no response so far which will explain me the exact process or what will happen?

On checking with our PaisaPay team, I've been informed that your refund has been successfully processed on 21st May.
