I wish to know if ebay has authorised paispay system for buyer to make payment if then they should also ensure despatch of items by seller immediately on receipt of confirmation by paisapay. They should also honour the payment in time to the seller so that every one uses paisapay as the mediam for payment and both buyer and seller could protect their interest. I understand some members write openly in their listing not to use paisapay for quick delivery. I wish Ebay should not allow this negative information to the members.This causes doubt in the minds of the buyers about Paisapay.My request to ebay to see the above is undertaken to bring more members into ebay.
