ITS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I AM HAVING WITH EBAY.
I ORDERED A IPHONE 5S AND THE ITEM WAS NEVER DELIVERED.
EVEN BEFORE THIS I OBSERVED THE SELLER WAS A FRAUD BY LOOKING AT HIS FAKE AIRWAY BILL AND REPORTED TO EBAY.
EBAY RESPONDED SAYING IT WILL BE FINE.
LATER I REPORTED AGAIN. EBAY THEN SAID THEY WILL INVESTIGATE.
I AGAIN CALLED BACK EBAY. EBAY RESPONDED THAT IT WILL TAKE TIME TO OPEN A CLAIM.
I STILL WAITED FOR A WEEK. NOTHING HAPPENED. I CALLED AGAIN. EBAY SAID THEY WILL OPEN A CLAIM BUT HAVE TO WAIT FOR 10+ DAYS.
SOMEONE FROM CLAIMS DEPT CLOSED THE CLAIM AND REQUESTED I WAIT.
I AGAIN CALLED BACK EBAY TO COMPLAIN AND IT WAS A STUPID DECISION TO CLOSE MY CLAIM AS IT WAS VERY CLEAR FROM THE TRANSACTION THAT THE SELLER WAS A FRAUD.
I AM WORRIED AND I HAVE PAID Rs 18,000 for this.
I AM LOOKING TO CONTACT SOME SENIOR EBAY OFFICIAL TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE.
I DONT HAVE ACCESS TO ANYONE.
CAN SOMEONE SHARE ANY SENIOR OFFICIAL CONTACTS PLS.
