I bought item 27349073734 from eshop_india. New seller, but it was listed as a deal in the ebay weekly email. Poor decision.
Already, at the time of purchase, reviews were for delays in shipment.
I purchased on Aug 24. On Sep 1, the refund was to be automatically processed. On Sep 6, the refund was put on hold. Around Sep 12, I started contacting Paisa Pay. First on chat. Then on phone.
Got a call back from Aniket. Put me on conference with the eshop_india. Told them that due to the delay, I no longer want the item. I was told that it was already shipped, and the delay was due to the seller having dengue ! Unbelieveable, given his past record.
Anyway, I have been tracking the parcel as Aniket had given me the tracking number (no formal communication from ebay / paisapay).
It has been returned to the seller.
Since I still have no communication from either Paisa Pay or the Seller on my refund, I was unable to pick up an alternative item that was available.
I think this is basically fraud on the part of Paisa Pay. It did not get shipped on time. I was automatically entitled to a refund. I even asked for a refund on the phone calls to Aniket. Nothing so far.
I think I should take this to consumer court.
