Not received eBay gift even after 43 days of purchasing

I've entitled for eBay gift (voucher UV9ZBJZJKP) on a purchase and not received yet, even after 43 days of purchasing the items. Can you guys kindly point me to right contacts to get this issue resolved.

I've entitled for eBay gift (voucher SYIGGITBLK) on a purchase and not received yet, even after 53 days of purchasing the items. This is ridiculous and I made the payment on June 26th.

Can someone from eBay take an initiative to get this issue resolved.

It's almost been 60 days since I've ordered my iPhone 4S with which I was promised a Transcend 500GB hard disk as a gift as part of the dussehra promotion. There's still no sign of the gift. I have bought a 1TB external HDD from ebay on 30th Oct with paisa pay (PaisaPay ID 32392925238) and was supposed to get a Phillips speaker as Dussehra gift (ID DUSSEHR006). But I have not received it yet. Every time I call Customer Care, they say "You will get it within 10 days". I bought it above market price for the gift and now I am feeling cheated. I shall never recommend anyone to buy from eBay.
