I am facing a problem while paying through my HDFC credit card. I opted for EMI option to buy a product. when I entered all the details and pressed "Make payment" a pop-up came up indicating to enter a Valid merchant name. I checked the merchant name it was non editable field with name as "EBAY". I tried it again and gave me the error message.
Hence I am unable to buy.
Is there any problem with HDFC cards? Please let me know.
