I placed a order on 15/4/2016 for 3 digit combination lock .( Paisa Pay ID 42365809886. The item was not delivered at my place. Despite following up with ebay and receiving assurance several time tfrom customer care he refund of Rs.290/- has still not come to my account. It is my request to all that no one should buy any product from ebay plateform.
