I've purchased a Levi's - Genuine Feather Soft Leather Wallet and by mistake I forgot to change the delivery address where I want to receive the item.
So I emailed to seller regarding same and requested him to deliver the Item to requested address but he refuse and said that :-

We had call to ebay powership department, They had refused to deliver product on address which received via mail.
While buying the product shipping address generated according to you enter the data in ebay.
So in this case if you want to product on your another address we need to cancle this transaction and you will have to place another fresh transaction with your required address.
Please let us know if you want to deliver on above address or you would like to cancle this transaction.
If you will cancle this transaction then you will receive your money within 7 working days.""

So I replied back to seller for cancelation of my order.
So, Guys please let me know that the cancelation of order and refund will be done form seller end or not and when will refund done.
Is this ebay refunding policy or seller refunding comments are trustworthy or not ?
