I had placed order for H P 685, All 4 Colours Ink Cartridges for HP Printer and had also paid for them through the credit card. After two weeks I am now told that the company is in the process of refunding the money in the next 2-3 day. This is not a good commercial practice as e bay ends up using free money and there is no obligation to supply the order. I will have to think twice before placing the order on e bay in future.
