Few days back i placed an order but due to technical problem it couldn't be complted but my bank has already charged me the sum amount. Ebay said it will be credited back to my account next day but they have not credited it back yet and its been already 4 days. Costumer care service is of no use. phone number doesnt work. please help me with this if anyone happen to know the solution.
