Money debited from my credit card but payment unsuccessful

Sir,
This is Mahesh Jayanth I booked a Macho Underwear pack of 5 (quantity 1), price 560rs after 6%discount 526.40rs I made a payment through my credit card actually it got debited from my card and finally in eBay it showed me a message that payment was not successful. Pls help me if the merchant got the payment or else pls refund my amount. I hope, u eBay people will help me in sorting this problem. TQ

Exactly same happened with me. But i paid through mobikwik wallet. I am really bothered if i will get my money back or not. They don't even respond to mails or anything. At least they should reply if they are doing something about it! Just one mail would be sufficient. But they just don't respond at all. From now onwards i am sure that i will never ever pay online on eBay.in
