Missing Transaction on 18 th March

Payment to Ebay was  failed (Bill Desk Order number: #BPT23709225396 Paytm Cash Txn ID A81EB14E6925100A)

Happened on 18 thMarch 2015 Time  9:35 AM.

Mode of Payment : PayTM Wallet  Amount Rs. 4519/-

( PayTM cash transactionID:A81EB14E6925100A)

Since 19 th I`m in constant touch with e-bay but no Update received so far.

Every time I only get reply that..the case has been escalated.

Sorry to say but ..Till date I didn't get any satisfactory reply in for of mail/SMS/call. This is quite surprising and worrying for me. I'm so worried about my hard earned money. Pls help to resolve the case on priority basis. My registered phone no.is 9998972199. and mail ID is janak.shah@ril.com.

As per Ebay policy : Missing transaction refunded within 72 working hours automatically ..in my case 7 days already passed..then for what reason REFUND still not made ?!

I am also faceing same issue.On 17th March 2015 while I was paying for a product of Rs.962.78 through Paytm, but unfortunately the money was deducted from my account and reflected on my paytm account with Paytm Cash Txn ID 744A5538C9FEC6CB and BILLDESK Order #BPT23707936918. I had lodged a complain with you with complain ID 1-45088387723 on 17th March 2015. Till now I have not received any information regarding my complain from eaby.

Refunded my amount.
