I bought and item titled LG viewty KU990[IN GOOD CONDITION]--

But the Item i recieved was totally different from what was described.Many defects were not described in
the listing.
1.The charger is broken,its a faulty one.Not Working and the phone cannot be charged.
2.There
are uncountable scratches on the screen.The seller messaged me and assured me that there were NO
SCRATCHES.
3.The battery doesn't hold charge.It shows low battery within a few hours.
4.The full
condition of the phone is poor,but the seller listed that it's in good condition.
THE SELLER IS NOW NOT RESPONDING AT ALL.NOT PICKING UP CALLS.I OPENED A CASE UNDER ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED CATEGORY.HE IS STILL NOT RESPONDING..
Now please advice me what to do and how will i get the reimbursement.
