Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased an i Phone 5S-16GB reference above on 28.05.15 which was received in first week of June 15. 2 days ago I have faced a problem in my rear camera & I am not able to take photograph.
Today I have visited i-Phone Authorised service center in Bhubaneswar,Odisha. They check the system & found that this i-Phone is UK supply & service is not available in India.
I am very much surprised to hear this. Can you please check & confirm how this happen.
