Dear Sir, I have bought Micromax c260 Mobile & it has keypad issues. I went to service Centre for replacement and they have informed that there is an exchange given on this handset as its a manufacturing defect. They have asked me to contact the seller as they will not be able to replace for online purchase due to variation in billing system. please help me in getting this replaced. Thanks you can also contact the manufacturer if you want. thanks
