I dont think i can trust ebay anymore coz the seller has cheated me

I have requested customer support to verify fro m the vendor as to why he is not sending my product even though i have paid.

When i contact he says i have to pay it from my own pocket as a staff of his might have done mistake.

I am not concerned about that, i dont want his product please refund my amount.

Its been almost 5 months i paid for item and i have been sending mails to customer support and seller regularly.

This is my last hope. I a m a member of bazee sice 4 years.

I am really sorry to know that you have not received your Item. Neither have you received your money back.

On viewing the profile of the Seller, it shows that he is No Longer registered with ebay. He might have been suspended temporarily.

To me it seems that you might not have followed the right steps in the given period of time.

But since you have mentioned that you have been writing regularly to Customer Care....it is really surprising.

I feel the Community must help you out.

We can atlest force ebay staff to reply to you on this thread.

I request all my fellow co-sellers to post their views on this thread so that the truth is known.

Atleast raviraj_hiremath may know what went wrong.

I would request raviraj_hiremath to also reply and let us know what all steps has he taken.

Do let us know wheather you filed the INR ( Item not received) in time or not.

I would visit this thread regularly and see if I can be of any help to you in knowing the facts.

What is the next step i have to take i have
been trying calling the seller everyday the no will be busy and he says i need some more time to see his records and finally he said its his staffs mistake and he needs some more time how long does he need?

Its beeen almost five months.

Please suggest me what next steps i should take.

I have contacted customer support and there is no response.

Please tell me whether i will get my money back or no..
I will think that someone has cheated me and forget.

Its high time that ebay is not responding and says all nonsense buyers protection.

Rather than wasting my time and money on phone calls to the seller i think its better to forget it

Dear raviraj_hiremath,

ebay protects Buyers upto Rs.10,000 from fraudulent transactions.

But there are certain terms, conditions & eligibility criteria. The details of eligibility to file a cliam can be studied by clicking the following link....

If you have reported the alleged fraudulent transaction by lodging a Fraud Report within 60 days of the listing's close.

Filed a claim with the Standard Purchase Protection Program and submitted all relevant document within 90 days of the listing ending.

Then you may expect a compensation and may get back the whole amount (minus Rs. 50 for processing costs).

But to me it looks that you haven't initiated the INR ( Item not received ) process nor you have filed any claim.

So, to be very frank ....you may not get back your money.

But since you have been regularly following it up with Customer Care .....I am surprised that why proper guidance was not provided to you.

I hope someone from ebay visits this thread and clarifies.

Dear raviraj_hiremath , do write back ......as we must know the truth.

You may not get the money back but you can help the Community by knowing the facts so that the mistakes committed by you may not be repeated by another Members.

Hope you will not leave this thread till someone from ebay makes a statement.
