How to get Transaction ID from SBI Bank

I tried to purchase an item on 3rd may 2012. The first two times the transaction failed. So, i tried for the third time and the item was purchased.

Money from my bank account was deducted three times. So, I asked for a refund for those two times. Ebay asked for my account statement, which I submitted.

now they want to know the transaction IDs of off those three transfers from my Bank. How do I get the transaction Ids of those items from SBI?

They say, without transaction ID, they can't track my payment.

  I made payment for my tataaia insurance on netbankig by my debit card .The transaction was successful & amount was deducted  from my account.It was not credited.On contact with cost.care they need transaction no,how i will get it.
