How to claim Diwali Gift?

I purchased items of more than Rs. 20,000 using Diwali coupon codes. It is mentioned in the offer that the gift is to be claimed between 26th Oct. and 10th Nov. I don't find any link for claiming the gift on the website.

Do we get any e-mail from ebay for confirming that the gift has been claimed? I was able to complete after few technical errors.Finally I arrived at the page "https://mobileorders.ebay.in/confirmDetails.php". On this webpage it is mentioned that the gift will be delivered to the registered address. Also there is a link to change the address. However there is no link to submit or confirm as the address of page suggests.As such I am not sure about that whether I have claimed my gift or the process is just incomplete. What about you ?

I received my gift , a Nokia C-5 mobile phone last week. I had to make couple of calls to eBay support from time to time in the last 2 months.

. It is mentioned in the offer that the gift is to be claimed between 5th of February 2012 to 15th of February 2012 . I don't find any link for claiming the gift on the website.

I purchased tablet worth Rs. 6990/-,While paying through paisapay I entered the code to claim free gift. The system showed invalid code. I paid the amount assuming that the system may ask for same after payment. But now i have been informed that I can not claim it as it was to be claimed while making payment only.

This is cheating with the buyer. As everything is on record, the buyer should be given the free gift even after paying the amount

Hey...Even I purchase more the 20 K and still I did't find any link or mail from ebay... I hope ebay will look after this.. Hope this would't a cheating with buyers .. If this then I will stop believing the these online shoping....
