How to Add Funds to PayPal Account from India?

Hi, I need to make purchase from eBay.com(just $65).
I am not able to add funds to my PayPal account.
I tried using ICICI debit card, but it does not work.
PayPay says to try some another Credit Card.
I don't have Credit card.
Can any body Guide me for this problem?

It is old news that ICICI bank or any other bank does not allow paypal payments via its debit card and its known to all and it was discussed here in this forum too. Banks allow paypal payments via their CC only.

You can get your bank account verified in place of CC and see if that works. I have got my ICICI bank account verified by paypal but I have not made any payments from my account. I use my CC only.
