How many days we have for confirming the item received?

Hi all,

I want to know how many days we have after the delivery deadline date to confirm that we have received the item??

I have bought an item which is suppose to be delivered by tomorrow (24th), I spoke with the seller regarding this, and he said shipment was delayed due to strikes.

So now I want to know that how many days I'll have to confirm the item received??

Buyer has 5 days to confirm the item receipt after the Delivery Deadline. Since the delivery deadline finishes on 24th, you can confirm the receipt till 29th only.
The delivery deadline is the deadline given to the seller to deliver the goods after the item is shipped. The duration of delivery deadline is approximately 10 days. After the delivery deadline, the buyer has to confirm the receipt within 5 days only. If the buyer does not confirms the receipt even after 5 days of delivery deadline, the item receipt is considered as "Confirmed" and payment is forwarded to the Seller.
