How does Customs Department Work for International mail ???

Hiya....

The latest status update of my parcel on the indian postal site (IPS tracking) shows:

5/10/2011 2:51:00 PM INDIA MUMBAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE Record item customs information (Inb) Retention reason : High-value goods – Official Customs declaration required !!!

Can any of you esteemed members or staff of eBay please advise what will be the next step on this ??? will the package be sent to me with the duty fees particulars ???

I think U got the package already by paying the import taxes on Ur high valued item(if it shipped via UPS).
