I have tried to file a claim for refund for item not as described almost 10 or more times with different browsers and APP but it fails on step 3 "note down your claim I'd"
What am I missing?
It is almost impossible to return or replace a product if the seller does not respond. Sending mail to eBay is of no use. They just don't respond or, if they respond the reply is irrelevant to the problem.
It seems all this has been purposely made difficult.
Can someone here help to guide me in the right direction
