Hello

I'm Ajay.
I've bought an item no -320314079148 on 27th of October.
I've paid for the item through online bank transfer to an account specified by the seller on the 1st of November.

Later I won the same item-320314480224 but at a different cost on an auction that ended on the 7th of November.

The seller opened an unpaid item case for the first item though I've paid for it and gave me an unpaid item strike.

I've filed and item not received case against the buyer for the first item.

The seller opened item not paid for without giving me even 7days time.

I promised to pay for the second item as soon as i receive the first item

The seller gave me unpaid item strike for the second item on the 6th day after winning the item.

What should i do now if i want to receive the items

Hello,my advise is that stop shopping from ebay because there are many sellers and main members are sit in abroad. There is no contact no. in India. In my opinion the terrorist can also use this side.It has been happened that many have lost there money in ebay. There are homeshop18,indiatimes and many other sides are very good for net-shopping and you can talk any time to there member.

Mr Ajay ,
I think Seller can open Item Not paid case only after seven days of auction end not before ..

Paisapay payments are best for buyers on ebay ..
You can contact sellers or talk over phone with him and try to resolve the case or any confusion . Most of sellers on ebay try to resolve cases by mutual consent .

@ rasu008 : Ebay india varifies contact number of every seller registered in india by calling them or by other ways . Also other ebay companies in other part of worl ddo the same things . So you can get contact number of any seller and talk any time with them ..

Yes. I also agree to the view expressed above. I am one of the victims of this site and its managers.
I am having 3 cases as Closed for Claims. The 7 day period has already expired, but they are not responding even after my several request. Therefore, I also suggest everybody to abstain from this site and never use this for shopping. There are more chances of getting trapped and losing ur hard earned money like me.

Why did you paid by online bank transfer directly to the seller's bank a/c? Always pay via PaisaPay, i.e credit cards or internet banking. When you pay via PaisaPay your money goes directly to eBay and not the buyer. The buyer gets the money only when you confirm the receipt of your item to eBay.
