Help me find the right mobile phone.

I am looking for mobile phone having a video player that can play vidoes on memory card and if a video is stopped and later on when you go back to play the video, it should resume from where it was stopped. Please advise which mobile phones offer this feature.
I'm not looking to pay much since this is my only requirement. So the cheaper the better.

@bizcreatio : Most of the Nokia models have this feature. However, it is strongly suggested to clarify your doubts before you proceed with your purchase by asking your seller through 'Ask a Question' link available on product listing page under 'Seller Info' Panel on the right.
