I bought a laptop using a voucher from ebay i received for selling my old laptop to them through their rebuy offer, and paid the balance using my credit card. A paisapay ID was generated andi received the email but the transaction did not reflect in my paisapay history. As the transaction did not go through I was refunded the credit card amount. I am still trying to trace the voucher which should be revalidated or re issued as it was not used for the sale.
I have contacted the customer service 6-7 times and always am told to wait for 48-72 hours as my complaint has been escalated!! It has been 8 days and their response is the same.
Can some one help me out !!
