Fraud Seller 'teknix_in1( 767)'

This seller 'Teknix_in1(767)' whose ebay seller Shop is also known 'ONESTOPGIZMOSHOP' is the biggest fraud going around. Payment against the 'BUY NOW' offer for The Nikon Coolpix P3 with Wi-fi as confirmed by ebay and the seller has already been made to his ICICI Bank account (as per payment terms) in Delhi on 22nd November 2006 and the bank has confirmed and certified the same. This seller is neither despatching the item, nor returning the remittance, and further more is using unparliamentary language over phone.
Numerous communications to the seller and ebay have NOT RESULTED WITH ANY SOLUTION.
If the buyer at any time of point is at fault due to non-payment etc he suffers, but here the seller who is committed to deliver the merchandise is basking in the sun tension-free.WHY and why should he ?? NEED ADVISE
