I pre-ordered my Iphone 6, but after the funds were transfered from my account to ebay that's when the problem started. Ebay is not sending my phone and told me to contact the seller. They told me that they are only the "middle men" and they can't help me if the seller is not sending me the iphone. I've already paid them the full amount. I don't know what to do. I tried to cancle teh purchase and asked for a refund but they said its not their policy to refund the money. So basicially, ebay just cheated me out of Rs. 58500.
