EMI - Credit card : Earlier working payment option for few banks is now greyed out

When I choose to pay using EMI - Credit card, I see EMI facility for Citibank, ICICI and HDFC all greyed out. This used to work few days back. I have some purchases to make and waiting for this clarification.

To add..This gets greyed after applying the discount coupen.Remove the coupen and the EMI option is available again..Why is this so.
