Determining the reliability of sellers.

You can judge a seller's attitude by the style of his listings and the language he uses in his listings?

How do you judge if a seller is reliable?

Is eBay feedback rating and seller's status are true determinants of a seller's reliability?

Hi, ebay Feedbacks do reflect a Seller's reliability but there's a catch too. You need to check the Seller's registration date to ensure that he is selling for quite sometime on ebay and has around 100% positive Feedback score. Also, just make sure that he has not SOLD or BOUGHT tens of low value Items just to collect positive Feedbacks. There are Sellers who invest few hundred rupees in buying & selling Items as low as Re.1 and then fool the Buyers by selling high value goods like laptops, mobiles etc. by show-casing their high Feedback score.
