I used my credit card on 30/03/2013. for 3944....credit card got debited but paisapay didnt give confirmation.....
i tried once more....same thing.....got charged but paisapay gave no confirmation....
so my credit card is debited for 3944inr twice.
called credit card of bank they told me 3944inr x 2 is in pending status...so only once the merchant accepts payment will it show in my credit card statement...
called ebay customer care they r asking me to wait for 72 hours....they say someone from ebay will contact me....how do they know ,they have to contact me....customer care ebay didnt make a complain.....
my credit limit has dropped from 10000 odd to 2800 due to these faulty transactions.....im pretty sure i will get the money back.....but i need it back urgent.....i need to buy something on ebay and because of ebays mistake i dont have sufficient credit limit.
so ebay kindly return my money asap.....
