It's info No. 7 : Feedback score : Always see the feedback score of your seller
before buying from him. Negative feedbacks shows that the seller is not very
trustworthy and u will be at risk when u buy something from him and it's very
much possible u won't get the item and also u will find within few days that the
seller is no longer registered with Ebay. In that case the sufferer is the
buyer. So in this case buyer has to be careful before buying from a seller. A
positive 100% feedback score proves the genuinity of the seller and increase the
trust from buyer for a seller. Also be sure that the feedback of your seller is
public and not private . Public feedback score helps buyers to read what other
buyers or sellers have written about a transaction and also increases the
chances of sale. I would like to give a suggestion to the sellers one ebay to
keep their member profile public and not private b'coz private becomes
suspicious and contains negatives too which seller hides from other ebayers.

sastaitshop!! If there is a unreasonable negative u have got then complain about
it to Ebay. Believe me they will definitely take action against it. Telling u my
case - I got 10 negatives from a single user and that user gave that feedback
immediately. Then I complained about this feedbacks to Ebay team they have
removed that negatives within 4- 5 days and have also suspended that buyer.
Moreover if u hide ur profile by making it private many buyers will get confuse
of ur genuineness and in this way u will lose many buyers. I have read somewhere
between ur post that always respond to the feedback u receive -- And I really
appreciate that.

sastaitshop --- That negative comments won't remain on the site. My all 10
negative ratings given by a fraud buyer are just vanished after complaining
about it to customer support and the buyer is also suspended from Ebay.
