hello sir , i recived mobile but screen are broken and mobile is not charging or working . i already lodge compalint on 11-4-2017 . but i am not recived any solutions form ebay till date or also my complaint status is closed . i collect very bad exprence with ebay india. every time customer excutive reply you get solutions in 24 hours or 48 hours . last time your team is send some link i upload all photo through condition of mobile . but through ebay team not solve my problem also he closed my compalint . also i vist samsung service center he give me bill approx 4300 bill for repairing . i have bill of samsung also and also i have all photo and video of my . if possible please my issue . i am not happy with ebay india . i also wirte mail to seller id but till time not recived
