I had recently, purchased a watch from ms shop india(sandeep kumar), for which i at the least expected it's hand's to move, but the watch i recieved had none of it's hand's working( be it the second's minutes or hours)... i had the feeling the product might have got shaken on delivery...took it 2 a shop...they say, it's impossible to repair it...it's a damaged piece...and unrepairable
I wudn't put the entire blame on bazee...because, they don't know what the sellers intentions and motives are...WHAT I STRONGLY FEEL IS THAT BAZEE CAN AT LEAST REVIEW THE ITEM, MAKING THE SURE THAT THE SELLER PROVES HIS PRODUCT IS IN WORKING CONDITION ...i had complained to bazee about the watch matter, don't see sandeep or bazee responding...can anyone..tell me what's the procedure to get a refund...
