i think if you have bid on a product, then you are legally bound to purchase it. however, you may request the seller to take his baazee listing fee and if he agrees, the matter may get resolved. this is the best method i can suggest. if the seller doesn't agree then it is best to pay him as non-compliance may result in a SNC being filed. the seller may also approach the CYBER CELL for this and baazee will definitely support him.
