Buyer says it to ebay and to reseller-

I am a buyer and this is what I have to say to the ebay (especially Global Ebay) for the recent transactions.

In the recent transactions, a lot of times my item was not shipped. The reseller listed the same item again and again and on buying it was not shipped. It happened multiple times. On trying to get the situation clarified, ebay just sent me two 100/- discount coupons and no answers.

Ebay should understand that buyers need better customer support and not discount coupons.

I have used both the coupons in buying items for exactly 100/- so that I didn't have to pay a single more paisa on ebay. That's another loss for ebay and another nail in ebay's coffin.

I am out of here. There are other better sites.

Tried buying a bicycle trainer from Global Ebay. I came back to ebay after a long gap and was not surprised to see the same pathetic service as before.

I bought an item and the item was not shipped giving no reasons.

I should have bought the item on the other site where I have started buying now.
