Hello
I won an item from a seller.
But When i wnet to pay for it via PaisaPay, I didn't get the option of paying via Axis bank.
I can make payment only via this method.
Ebay has called me and i reported my problem that i cant pay. They agreed to it.
Now Seller has filed a Unpaid dispute for which i replied him explaining everything that its not my fault.
What will ebay do? And what should i do now.

Actually there's nothing eBay or the seller can do against you if you decide to not pay except giving you an unpaid item strike. Everyday hundreds of sellers blatantly refuse to pay the sellers and nobody can do anything about it.
In your case, it appears the seller is being highly unreasonable by filing an UPI even though you have explained your situation. Your seller should have typically opened a "Mutual Agreement UPI" to release both of you from any obligations but he chose to open a standard UPI perhaps to intimidate you into paying even though you can't for no fault of yours.
There's nothing you can do really except wait it out - the seller with eventually close the UPI and you'll get a unpaid item strike. If possible look into other methods of payment like cheque/DD?NEFT etc. Try talking to your seller to see if something can be done. Also respond to the UPI at least once by logging into the dispute console or your feedback privileges will be withdrawn for this transaction - meaning the seller will leave you a negative and you can't do anything.
